Low priority queue bug?

https://imgur.com/a/SDOK4 I have one more game to get this penalty off( it's raining here and I had a blackout, was playing URF tho.....).I left the game alone and went to YT and Facebook, after like 50 min( felt long, but didn't look at the clock)I was like "damn what is taking so long", then I saw this.It wasn't that I didn't accept a game fast enough(It would just stop the queue), didn't hear any sound finding anything.Now the thing is that the timer reset( was 59 min with 7 min to wait, but cuz I was stupid I overwrote that screenshot with the current one).Basically, it was 59 min waited, 7 to wait>did the screen shot>went in paint to put it and save it>went to game only to see the game reset it's timer(the time is a bit longer cuz I was talking on fb)>did the second screen shot> overwrote it with the respective one.
