Is that harrassment? offensive language? Or maybe they should just have one big button that says RIOT DOESNT GIVE A SHIT since they'll just keep their account and be playing again tommorrow.
I'd post screenshots... but of course THAT is more likely to result in action than telling me how my kids are gonna be raped and murdered.

send a support ticket to Riot, you can't post a screenshot here coz players' name are not allowed to be shown.
If they did say that in game I think they will eventually get banned. If they said that before/after game tho, I'm not sure Riot is able to detect that, anyway send a support ticket won't harm
The only thing I've seen generate upvotes and therefore results around here are sob stories. On top of receiving death threats, do your kids also happen to have cancer? Or perhaps if you personally were the survivor of a rape and murder in real life, the people on the boards would be more outraged?
Seriously though, sorry some lowlife made it personal. I'd be pissed too.
