I get another chat restriction(first one I know why but this one I just don't get) but in the games I was sent for the reason why I got this one make no sense.

so I get restricted for chat like this and being a little aggressive in game 2 but the kindred from my first game literally tells me to kys and gets no punishment?(I made sure to report her and wrote details in that report and have yet to receive a notification that a player I reported was punished)my last chat thing I get it, I was really toxic after having a lot of games where I just wasn't playing how I know I can and was just extremely frustrated. this one is nothing. I get games where people are way more toxic than this and get no punishment. before someone says it, I'm not here to at take this away. riot wouldn't anyways becase I'm not allowed to be mad at team mates but I can be told to kys

Ok first of all you type way too much irrelevant nonsense. Nobody wants to hear a 500 word essay on who picked which champion or which lane he wanted to go to. I don't understand your compulsive need to talk about everything and everyone. Focus less on spamming the chat and more on playing. People find this incredibly annoying and reported you for it.

On top of that the overall tone is very negative. Sure you don't directly insult your teammates and enemies, but you just bitch about everything and everyone passive agressively which you shouldn't do either.

If you say trigger words such as kys and bitch (even if you're just repeating what someone else said or joking) the bot automatically punishes you.

I can tell you from experience that the best thing to do in those scenarios is to hold that flame and not type anything offensive, and instead just maybe be a little passive aggressive like, oh man what an unlucky game for our jungler :D but don't go beyond that. If they say anything offensive then simply report them post game and include all those things they told you in the report and most likely they will be penalized in some form. I don't recommend going to riot support at all about issues with unfair ban or things like these because at that point they won't do anything.
