i havent dodged a game for a long time. it literally just kicked me and gave me a low que for one time over the past like 50 games? what ._.

Dodging during select should never give a full Low Priority Queue. It does, however, block you from queue for one game for a period of 5 minutes or so (and that is different and escalates based on game mode and dodges in a row). You don't even have to be present - it's a raw time based lockout (i.e. even if you close the client it continues) unlike LPQ which is a sit there and wait in client for it to be up.
Thats normal.
