AFK Heimer Exploit

I'm tired of players exploiting the Heimer turret exploit to farm IP. If this is not fixed in some way we should all just get IP constantly just for being logged in cause that is all these players are doing. If Riot does not approve of free IP for doing nothing then they should either rework the AFK system or make it impossible for people to buy control wards in bots. In actual PVP this glitch is still done but you can at least alert the enemy team about where he is to get him killed so he will get the AFK after a little while at base.

There needs to be new ways the AFK system detects if you are exploiting or not but until then people will continue to use this and farm up free IP which just annoys your team if it's bots or infuriates them if it's PVP.

the system can detect the afk heimerdingers who put 1 turret down then afk while turret shoots gromp(or another minion)

I don't mean to be rude, but what does buying control wards in bots have anything to do with it? I sometimes practice 1v5 intermediate bots and I do need that ward.
