Who else are getting on his promos and your team decides to troll?....soraka top....afk kindred......AND THEY ARE NOT GETTING PUNISH but yes i will get punish for not even toxic....

soraka top isn't punishable at all, and leaverbuster handles someone going AFK.
How about a 3rd option that says "you played poorly?"

The top soraka isn't necessarily trolling.
Soraka healed more damage than the enemy brand dealt. When you combine her damage healed and damage dealt it's the highest on your team. Not to mention before that game she won three games in a row on Soraka top. Maybe you need to learn the definition of troll? Until then you deserve to lose if you're flaming someone who's trying to win.
What if the afk was myself when my apartment lost internet? (I was 2-1 in diamond promos.... And we were so far ahead when I dced that the game went on another 17 minutes..... I lost game 5 too. Feeeeeels bad man)
