UPDATE BUGS

Dear Riot, I have noticed in every updates, that my update is bugging, lets say the update is 20mb then my update bugs in 19,7mb and not it not moving, then i must close it, when im openning it again later is telling me we must restart your client...1 hours for 20mb...!
