Normally MS, but I still Lag!

Accepting the game, choosing my champion, waiting on loading screen (sometimes it bugs on loading screen but anyway), playing normally the game when suddenly the game is going crazy. My ms at that point is like 90-100MS but i do not have control in the game, my champ is moving to my last click i did...mouse is lagging...(i dont have wireless mouse), moving map camera is bugging, trying to do an ability and bugging...LIKE ALL ARE BUGGING...It keeps doing this for like 30sec-1min...After that, my game is making a sound like, tu tu or tu ru ru...! Fuck riot thanks for losing my lane, also my last 2 games on ARURF the game crashed...and stopped working...YOUR OWN GAME STOPPED WORKING RIOT...! FIX IT!
