Everyone should know that kys can literally mean anything, Keep Yourselves Safe, Riot, with such nonchalant one-sided policies.

I know for a fact I reported people who told me kys. They are still playing as I type this. And I made sure I accurately made the report

i can only quote what a group of other players once said "these are one time tolerance phrases. not 0 time. if you use them like 48h apart, you wont get an insta punishement"

Its pretty low, but theres a chance they would get away with it. No system is perfect.
