trolls and a suggestion on what to do with them..

besides perma banning (which i really believe should happen.. along with an IP ban) there is no real recourse when you're being trolled by riot's match making system and paired with trolls. I find myself dodging q at least 3 to 5 times daily due to trolls who are obvious even before the game starts during champ select by banning preselected chamipons, talking trash, choosing intentional troll champs for roles the champ is not designed or suitable for. so my timer ends up being like an hour long due to riots refusal to actually stop putting me in teams full of trolls. you can call it player behavior all day long, which is what riot says it it, but the true problem is the matchmaking system. riot intentionally places people with trolls. the better you're doing, the more likely it is that riot is going to troll you and put you with someone who will afk, troll, or just flat shouldnt be playing league much less ranked. it's part of their artificial bell curve that they're enforcing to keep a larger amount of players in the lower elo's.

that being said, why does riot not permit us to dodge troll games? why do we have no method of reporting trolls? riot should give us at least 2 to 3 free dodges per day because of this. and when you throw a bunch of 'autofill' random roles it turns into a clusterduck. they claim the autofill is because of not enough people wanting to play a specific role, yet more than 10 times per week i get placed in jungle, while the jungler gets support, and the support ends up with adc. and everyone ends up having to switch roles due to riot's refusal to actually let you take the role you want.

it's not like riot MUST autofill people, they've already admitted that the q duration is not due to the lack of players but rather the matchmaking system 'choosing' whom to place you with/against. so if it's a 'behavior' issue, it's riot that's misbehaving. give us some freebies, give us a way to report the clowns that are trolling pre-game and if we have to dodge due to a troller please give us an option to report 'who was trolling'

  1. Players are allowed to ban whoever they want.

  2. Players are allowed to play whatever they want.

  3. You do not get to attempt to force/coax players into playing what you want by dodging/threatening to dodge.

  4. There is no enforced meta, nor is there enforced champion classes for roles.

  5. You do not get "free dodges" because Riot will not encourage you to waste other players' time and harass them into doing your bidding.

I don't recall ever seen Rito admitted this on the board or any dev blog or such. I am genuinely curious and can you provide link(s) to back up this claim?

10 times per week 3 people on the same team get put into their secondary choice/autofill. I....don't believe you.

No free dodges. That would massively increase queue time for everyone because now you multiple those 2,3 free dodges by millions of players. I doubt there are more than 2 autofill in your games (1 at most).

This sounds like a personal issue and your definition of a troll need to be re-defined to alleviate your queue time.
