At which cases does the system skip the 14days ban? And is it possible to play an x amount of games and be banned (permanently) for a game that happened before the 14 days ban? Thanks in advance

In "extreme cases" you can go straight to perma. This is at riots discretion but generally involves racisim, sexism, or telling someone to kill themselves.

For part 2 of your question i would say you likely will not be punished for a game that happened before your current disiplinary action was issued as that case was already taken into consideration for whatever punishment tier you may / may not be on.

So I guess one of the "extreme cases" must be the ones that you say to report the X player for intentional feeding.Thanks for being clear and I will make sure to stay away from it the next time

Depend how you say it. If you werent banned 14 days before, and you only say "Report Teemo for trolling", you aint gonna get perma ban. But if you say "Report this n..... or f.. for trolling" or similar things, then hell yeah u gonna get perma banned.

I didmt do that based on the chat logs i posted above and jesus these downvotes i dont blame anyone for being banned.it was totally my fault because i didnt know what extreme toxicity was.

Well i asked greek friend to translate this chatlog and apparently

"na brei oti agapaei nekropsuxo" is very very bad insult and deserves permanent ban, and punch in the face(thats what my friend said)

Who you report is a personal matter and is something you don't have to tell everyone else. Furthermore, it can discourage that user from playing, and generally teamwork feels a bit off after that. Definitely negative, but shouldn't be enough to get you permabanned.

Mind posting the full chatlogs included in the email Riot sent you? Once we see them we can evaluate if it's deserved or not, but as long as we can't read them we'll be forced to believe you're guilty until you provide proof you aren't (aka chatlogs).

I can't understand most of the text, unfortunately (did not realize you were another EU player gone Turbo into another region's board).

Since I can't read it I'm unsure of what you said at some parts (can't copy into translate unfortunately), but I'd suggest sending a ticket to Riot asking what exactly got you banned.

I didnt know i could get banned for talking in my language with my friend.(i was 100% sure that nobody else in my team spoke the samrle language, so i didnt bother to write in pms

You won't be banned for using a different language on a multi-language server.

Again, send a ticket to Riot and ask them specifically. If you skipped right onto a permaban this log isn't enough (in my opinion).

Edit; Apparently one of the sentences in your language was a pretty bad insult, I'm assuming this is what got you banned and thus won't keep discussing on the topic.

If you wanted to talk poorly of someone, send it through a message, not in team-chat. Personally I always keep such comments until the game has ended and THEN I discuss the performance of others with my premade in a privat chat.

Don't try to get witty mate. You CAN speak with your friend in-game, but not to belittle anyone on your team. It's like talking behind someone's back right in front of them.
