Riot needs to learn to not ban based on opinions.
If you want to ban someone at least use facts to do it. getting banned based on opinions is really stupid.

What else would you base it on? The whole point of banning is to remove (or change the behavior of) the people who ruin the experience for others, which is an entirely subjective thing.
Do have a specific example that would narrow the subject? Because it's pretty vague to say that Riot bans based on opinions.
Everything behavioral related can be, "an opinion". But removing players that are making the game extremely un-enjoyable for others is not a foreign concept. Every establishment will often deny service if you are causing problems for other customers because of your behavior.
What Nazis believe is an opinion. What white supremacists believe is an opinion. What Westboro Baptist Church believes is an opinion. Opinions are completely reasonable reasons to ban people, most especially if those opinions are fueled by hatred.

I think chat is a poor reason to ban anyone from game.
So it's NOT offense to say "My opinions is I hate (racial slur)"?
