How are these generally handled since it is you're internet providers fault? Like penalty wise, Let's say you get 3/4 of these a year. They don't add up do they?

Same penalty as if you afked normally

Their systems look at frequency over a period of time. There's built-in forgiveness if you do it very infrequently. What those exact numbers are is unknown, but just a couple in a year, especially if they're spread far apart, I don't think would cause issues.

Your internet crashing is handled the same as any other leave.

They do add up, however, if you're playing enough games without leaving in between these instances of your internet crashing, then you most likely won't receive a punishment.

For example, if you play 100+ games in between each of these leaves, then you more than likely wouldn't be punished. However, if all of these leaves happen within very short time period, such as ~10 games apart, then it's quite possible that you will receive a punishment.

Your Internet crashing is your fault. ISPs don't crash very often, even in the 90s when I last worked at one.

Learn about routers and good wiring, and acquire some.
