The Best Punishment for Toxic Players

So I just had a game top against the enemy team Renekton. I don't know why but at that time my internet was bad as hell (200-400 ping) so I had to play passively, due to some luck and ganks I was able to go 4/0 while the Renekton was 1/5, every time he dies or fail to kill me he just started calling me a pussy for not farming and play aggressively, and if our jungle comes for a gank he say that I can't 1v1 and always need other's help. During the whole game Renekton called me names even at the very end when they surrendered he said "gj u 4".

So what is the best punishment? Well, bans, chat restriction does a decent jobs but I don't feel that's enough. Call me a jerk if you want, but I am treating toxic players the same way I am treated. Let them be toxic and blame you for their every mistakes (not really since you are still going to report them), that way they will never analyze their mistakes and get better, they will be stuck in their elo while you continue climbing. As long as you don't start blaming everyone else you will get better at the game, everyone makes mistakes however we have correct them and get better.
