We as in the community can't do shitt in this matter. No plan will make Riot understand their biggest problem is trolls/smurfs accounts.
I Demand we Finally must pay for a subscription around the same prices as W@W.
So you have no plan, claim the company has no idea about this epidemic, and your solution is to change this Free-2-Play game that has accumulated a player base of roughly 80 million users to a Pay-2-Play game.

You must understand that Trolls in rank games has been occuring ever since season 1. They have been trying to fix it ever since with the report system. Even though the idea of complete eradication of trolls from playing rank will never come to suffice, I would still treat this as a normal part of the league community.
