We should eliminate all these toxic players.

Even if that means permanently suspending 50% of players.

1 report = 3 day ban

2 report = 2 week ban

3 reports = perma ban

in all serious, this reeks of a guy that fed horribly and had his team question why he did it, to which he cried toxic.

The system basically already works like that...

10 game chat restriction

25 game chat restriction

14 day ban

Permanent ban

It does require a pattern to punish though - if you wanted people punished for one bad game, you'd find probably 90+% of people under the chopping block.
