Is this where I can go to vent about a rude teamate?

Don't usually want to, but I reeeeeeeeeeeally wanna vent bout this guy.

So to start, I had a bad ping the previous game, but it went away by the end so i had assumed my ping was ok to play another game. I was sorrily mistaken. I go sup, but my ping is ranging from 100-1k all game. The vayne gets pissed, understandably at first, then ridiculously later. I try explaining that my ping sucks, but she doesn't believe me. She starts saying i suck, I'm trash, utterly useless, ect, ect. I tell her she's being rude, but still try to do as she asks (get ardent censer first, stop typing even to respond ok or understood, I try anything) nothing in her attitude changes. She tells me that I've done nothing of value all game and I admit, it pissed me off a bit, as I had been healing her whenever i could and trying to help and keep us alive (bit hard with ping constantly hopping to unbearable amounts). I responded directly with "then i shouldn't have been healing you?" i then muted her, told the team i muted her and if she needed help, to ping, then went on to help anyone who looked to need help, which seemed to be mid who had a lot of people constantly after his tower. Vayne pings warning a lot whenever she joins mid, usually whenever i failed to heal someone in time or miss an ult. Then, the enemy team in all chat says later "why report sona?" c: i asked them if she told them to report me. their response? "yea, for verbal harassment." ...VERBAL HARRASMENT. She, of all people, told them to report me for verbal harassment. I politely tell them I was not doing so, didn't even mention the rude ass she was being. Only thing remotely insulting I said was "Rude" or the "then i shouldn't have been healing you?" line, after muting her, i said nothing to her. Other than that, i was just apologizing and trying to explain my ping issues. After we lost, in end of game screen, she again called me trash and sent a friend request. I declined cause i have no doubt it was just so she could further insult me, but seriously!? ...Wow it feels a lot better getting that off my chest :D Thanks whoever actually read this!
