In one of my queues, someone banned another player's inted yasuo, so the person who got their yasuo banned decided to spout all kinds of Zero-Tolerance words at the person who banned the Yas, then dodged. Since you can only report post game, they get off pretty much scott free. Pls fix rito.
if you took a screenshot open a ticket and hope for the best. otherwise move on!
To play devils advocate trolls and toxic players are being banned for ruining people's games just trolling lobby and then leaving shouldn't be punishable or anything because there wasn't a game for him to ruin in the first place
You focus way too much on reporting people for the sake of it. You werent stuck in game with them and therefore not impacted.
Get a grip and move on with your life.
If he dodged the champ. select then he should be honored, not reported. If I were him, I would go troll the game.

Both people should be reported obviously. Banning someone's hovered champ should get you a suspension. I don't care what their match history is. It just makes losses more likely then letting them play someone theyre bad on. Also I can tel by your wording the banning was intentional. Super hard to not notice a champ is grey anyway
