Permanent suspension.

Hi, I recently went to log in to play a few games with my duo partner (who I met up with irl a week or so ago. We live on opposite sides of the US) after a short break from league and was greeted by a message telling me my account was permanently suspended and to check my email for further details about the ban. I checked my email and couldn't find any mail from Riot so I opened a support ticket (#22379260) on the matter and waited. I exchanged a few replies with two different support specialists (in a pretty timely manner so good on that). But after the exchanges still am not sure why I am suspended. I have been playing since season 4-ish and have only had one ban, which was pre-level 25-ish IIRC, and haven't had any bans since. I take competitive integrity very seriously and was very bothered by being banned that once. I was told by support my ban was for abusing exploits and linked me to a thread on third party applications. I have been very careful with what applications I use and have stuck to applications that have been given the okay by Riot which can be found in this thread (http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/player-behavior-moderation/5dmkJinG-3rd-party-applicationsmodifications-whats-allowed-and-what-isnt?) (I'm not sure if the skinspotlights replay also means the camera tool as well, or if the overwolf also includes the death re-cap app as well). I am still unsure of why I was suspended and support said they can't give me any more information on it so I figure this is the only other place to get help, so if anyone can give me any other information it would be really appreciated.
