A few weeks ago I was hit with a perma suspension that I have no clue what I did to deserve. I have not done anything wrong and have posted in the boards before but didn't get a response. I am really frustrated because I still dont know what I did wrong, even after talking to support. I linked my original post. Any help is appreciated.

Not that I know of.
Nope. I avoid toxicity.
And I used a few of the applications which were given the okay by Riot Sargonas. I didnt use any custom skins. Just replay applications.
ruthern21 votesDrop a ticket saying that you were falsely banned and stuff let them know u use a replay application. Best case: unbanned Worst case : better start a new account

I know the feel this account is banned for "third party" and has $300 of stuff ez. Have u checked your spam folder and are u sure it's the right email. I do think u should work a support specialist tho

Oh and all they said was I was banned for third party applications. I have only used applications deemed okay though so I'm confused as to why I got banned.

Continue to talk with the person who answered your ticket see if u can get un banned. You should start a smurf ik it's hard, conine your duo partner to make on too and lvl them up togethe
MrBlitzFeuer1 votesThe support person said they were done talking to me. I have never been treated like this by any company in my entire gaming history and really dont want to support a company that treats people this way. Its absolutely not okay.
Maybe if somebody could just ACTUALLY tell me what I did wrong I could move on. But I am honestly kind of against Riot for now.
Deep Terror Nami1 votesWhen they say they are unable to share any information with you, it's usually because;
A) Your account was compromised and you haven't proven you're the owner, or
B) Illegal programs were detected on your account, and they keep that specific information to themselves because letting people know what they are caught with helps cheaters to avoid detections.
Typically it's (B) and the account was compromised, but you are responsible for actions taken when you fail to keep your account secure so they won't always be able to help you.
This of course is not a certainty, I have no idea why you were banned or what was in your ticket.

I haven't used any programs deemed illegal. I have only used programs they have said were okay. So if thats the case then either they have lied about what applications they allow or it is a false positive.
Do you know of a way I could get in touch with a Rioter that would actually be interested in working with me to figure out what the problem is?
