I have never been treated like this by a game company EVER.

A few weeks ago I went to log in and play some league with my duo partner and was greeted by a message telling me I was permanently suspended, I was very confused as to why. after opening three separate support tickets and about two weeks of waiting and talking with support specialists I have reached the end of my rope. I was told that I was banned for using third party applications, however, the only third party applications I have used are simply recording softwares and the likes, all of which have been given an okay by riot. After explaining this to support I was then told I was banned because they felt I was playing the game "unfairly". I really don't understand what this is supposed to mean. I have put countless hours and a lot of effort into practicing this game to get good and to unlock all the champions as well as runes and rune pages. I have one nothing wrong and feel not only cheated out of my time and effort but also feel my character and integrity have been attacked.
