Riot told me that they refuse to ban this guy

Riot said they refuse to ban this guy. even after i politely asked them to review this game in support. and funny thing is. if you can somehow download this game from my op.gg if u end up watching it. you will understand. HE LITERALLY RAN IT DOWN AS ADC KARMA. how they can say it was a bad game. is beyond me. can someone from here get in contact with riot? and ask how the fuk do they train their employees? like what? i am beyond tilted that i went out of my way to use their shitty IFS system to report him and to double it by making a support ticket with a screenshot saying he is inting + the game in question. and i was told in a riot copy paste message to "f my self deal with it kid".
