i found this today , 2 accounts unranked and a bronze 4 being sold on ebay .
now i understand why some people use bots to level up. what i don't understand is, who would be interested in buying these accounts?
Streamers and people that like to stomp new players. Also, players that were banned for being toxic or cheating.
It's against the TOS, such accounts get permabanned if sold.
Well you didn't go on ebay and looked for accounts to buy for no reason, did you? You went there probably because you wanted an account to have fun on or maybe even one so you could experience the deep dark hells of Bronze 5. Some people even buy accounts to rage on so their main does not get a perma ban when they go full kiddo rage mode. Or they already got banned and need a new one. Also some are just too lazy to level up a new account and need one to play ranked with low elo friends for example.
usually you get a new account, spend some rp for xp/ip boost and play a week, get ranked somewhere in gold 3-5 and sell it.
kids who are normally in bronze pay up to 150$ with their moms credit card for it

What kind of a question is this.. There are a huge amounts of people and websites selling accounts.. There's also people ripping people off for money its crazy. I much rather start fresh and level up a new account and learn more than i did the first time. now its even faster to get to level 30 than it was when i first started playing the game.
