Arbiters are volunteers, not Rioters, so there are some things they can't do (no pulling chat logs or lifting bans, sorry!), EDIT: 7/6/2016

If arbiters are moderators for riot no matter which continent they're on, then they're funded by RIOT thus making them Riot employees thus technically making them 3rd parties Rioters.

My hunch was correct, and mods are secretly infiltrating the player ranks with their smurf and deceiving the community's way of thinking in a way that would benefit RIOT.

They're among us, they can be your neighbors, your dog, you cat, and possibly even your relatives.

Moderation are getting out of control and gaining too much power, Riot need to tone it down.

Trust me - there's no conspiracy. The post was removed because I did not want to be misconstrued as representing the NA Moderation Team, and deferred my response for the NA team to deal with.

It's also no secret that I've been helping with moderation on the Oceania Boards:

... You realize that Arbiters isn't a synonym for Moderators, right?

Arbiters:

Volunteers
No "authority" (can't do anything)
Mostly there to give answers to questions

Moderators:

Employed (outsourced by Riot)
"Authority" (they can remove posts, ban players, etc.)

Who cares if they are 3rd party rioters or not. Many of us want Riot to do good to give us a good game. You should just get out of LoL if you dislike Riot so much.

The person employed by riot from a different region did have information about users on this region of board that regular players dont have. It is clear that arbiters arent normal human beings but are employed by riot.
