just got a perma after coming back from a 2 week ban
i typed one thing all game and it was
"target the carry or we will lose"
get reported by a troll duo and now i'm perma banned and there's not even a game associated with it

After a 2-week ban the ice is VERY thin. Anything worthy of a chat restriction or above will result in a permaban.
Edit: duo or even 9x reports do nothing extra, they just prompt the game for review and it checks the logs. False reports are thrown out and have no effect.

A single report is all it takes for a game to be reviewed. It doesn't matter if you were reported once or 9 times.

Multiple reports do NOT increase the likelihood of flagging a game for review. One report is all it takes. There is no benefit to asking for others to report a player.

Yes, every time a game is reported, it is reviewed by the system.
That is why we say only 1 report is needed.

I'm being straightforward with you. Your current position is not believable, because you have offered nothing but the word of a banned individual. People lie about this sort of thing all the time.
If you want us to honestly evaluate your predicament on its merits, post your chat logs and reform card. Calling us "trolls" for pointing out that there's no reason to believe you gets you nowhere. Conceivably, you'd like to be taken seriously, so take some steps to ensure that.

Is your account "permanently suspended"? Then it's a security issue, and a support ticket will clear it right up.

If there's no game associated with the ban then Riot did not ban you for typing in that game.
Maybe you scripted, or maybe a credit card used on the account was called in to Riot saying an unauthorized purchase was made (in this case you can likely get a manual review), or maybe you did get a reform card and are simply pretending there is none so nobody will pressure you to reveal what you said in game.
There's too many unknown factors for us players on the boards. Your best bet is to submit a support ticket and see what Riot says.

Never have I hesrd of someone playing one game and getting instantly banned for nothing. You'll need more evidence to support your case.
