just got a perma after coming back from a 2 week ban
i typed one thing all game and it was
"target the carry or we will lose"
get reported by a troll duo and now i'm perma banned and there's not even a game associated with it
Try to log into the account, you should see logs there.
After a 2-week ban the ice is VERY thin. Anything worthy of a chat restriction or above will result in a permaban.
Edit: duo or even 9x reports do nothing extra, they just prompt the game for review and it checks the logs. False reports are thrown out and have no effect.

Would you mind posting your chat log(s) here? Because that's not how the system works. You don't get banned just because someone decided to report you. There has to be an actual breach of contract for you to get penalized.

I have a high feeling you were probably reported due to your name considering "fleshlight" is a sex toy...which is in itself a sexual innuendo. So you may have been reported for an innapropriate name. At this point I have no idea

There "Has to be something associated" with it. Whether it was the game where you said 'Target the carry or we lose' could have been reported by your teammates. Never have I hesrd of someone playing one game and getting instantly banned for nothing. You'll need more evidence to support your case.
As per usual with these posts, innocence is unlikely, but I'll upvote to hopefully get a Rioter response.
If there's no game associated with the ban then Riot did not ban you for typing in that game.
Maybe you scripted, or maybe a credit card used on the account was called in to Riot saying an unauthorized purchase was made (in this case you can likely get a manual review), or maybe you did get a reform card and are simply pretending there is none so nobody will pressure you to reveal what you said in game.
There's too many unknown factors for us players on the boards. Your best bet is to submit a support ticket and see what Riot says.
