i told them id leave when my teleport was back up adn they flamed me all game and i didnt say a fucking thing back
this is bullshit, this automated system is fucking stupid it doesnt check for who is actually being toxic, it just checks for reports
None of the pieces of your story add up.
Without a chat log I don't think anyone is going to see your side of the story.

You should have received a chat log of one or more games that led to the punishment, posting those for proof would do a lot better than just your word.
Based on your attitude I find I have a severe lack of faith in your story...........
I believe there is a potential for good logic in people, but...
You shouldn't curse and swear on the boards if you're trying to convince us you weren't cursing and swearing/anything toxic in game.
