You should have received a chat log of one or more games that led to the punishment, posting those for proof would do a lot better than just your word.

You have given me no reason to think otherwise so far. Check your mail that is attached to the account. If you don't have it there or your spam, send a ticket to support and they'll hopefully send you your chat messages.

While it's true that some forum users only care to make comments like "smited" or "enjoy your ban", there are other forum regulars that do genuinely try to help others out. The problem comes when the poster only wants to argue, whine and complain and make excuses as to why they feel they did nothing wrong. In those cases it's only natural for the regulars to start getting annoyed at the poster.
As for accusing you of being toxic and doing something wrong, considering you made a thread here complaining about your chat restriction and your general attitude here towards other posters in this thread it's not too far fetched to assume that you did do something wrong.
If you want to prove that you've done nothing wrong then just post your unedited Reform Card here in its entirety. Not posting it only gives people the impression that you've got something to hide.

If you recieved no email and upon logging in no reform card Then you'll need to request a rioter to provide them to you You can attempt to do that within the forums or open a support ticket and request them

If you login you should get a reform card with some games chat logs (ranging from 2 up to 5 possibly) that lead up to your punishment.
Providing those logs would help a lot.

One of the major problems with the boards is hearsay. And some people will not provide more information then that. And hearsay isn't all that reliable sadly.

Void Nargacuga2 votesEarning Hextech Loot is related to behavior. Getting a punishment will cause it to be unavailable for some time. That time is different for each player though.
I highly recommend sending in a Support Ticket asking for as much information about your recent punishment, and being patient for a reply. The fastest reply I have gotten was within 2 days, longest was about 5 days since I sent it in over a long weekend.
I also suggest finding something to help you calm down. Being in such a negative mental state wouldn't do much good. For you own sanity, calm down then come back in a much calmer state of mind. We can help a lot more then. Just remember we can still only help so much since we are players of the game just like you.

My bet is that if you step away from the boards for a bit, send in a Support Ticket under "I have a question about a suspension or restriction on my account" it will be looked at so much faster then you think. Once you have the information and have calmed down come back with the information. We will be able to help at our most then. And possibly give you tips and advice so this never happens again.

Your behavior here is our only clue to what happened as you either won't post chat logs or don't have them and refuse to go through a support ticket. Either way gives little evidence to corroborate your story.
On top of your lack of evidences you are raging over a incident that would be far better resolved calmly and politely as you will find a better response both here on the forum and via support if you remain calm.

We have no way of knowing if your are falsely punished or not. I am not going to take your word for it. You need to contact support to resolve this. Cussing and acting like a child throwing a temper tantrum because you got punished for behavior will not resolve anything.
