Seriously, at the start of the chat log, I was talking to the enemy Shaco in all chat because he kept spamming his Emote, and I outplayed him multiple times, and yes, I did flame the TF, but is this worth a ban? He was clearly boosted, and I was pointing that out, and I'm the one to get reported?

being "boosted" at this game is not report worthy, if he is "boosted" he will go down in rank, you on the other hand Flamed, Flaming has its Consequences, idk if this is your 14 day ban or your perm ban but if its your perm ban you deserved it, because you were already warned before and you were on thin ice after it. if it is your 14 day ban Learn from it and do not flame, even if your laner is "boosted" you do not have the right to flame him.

Oh god now you're gonna claim "I was banned for pointing out the obvious" lol. This is why no one takes ban threads seriously.

Your TF was getting outplayed so your response is to rag on him, call him boosted, ask to report him. He's your team mate man, why are you sabotaging your team by shit talking them? You have to be on his team ONE time. Deal with it. Don't start insulting them and tilting. Suck it up for one game and try to win with it. I don't see how calling him boosted and asking your team how both top and bot lost, is helping your team at all.

You don't have to choose to use chat in a positive way, but you will get punished for using it in a negative way, so I really don't understand the choices you make. It's petty and now you're banned. Makes sense.

And incase you didn't know, punishments work in tiers. Two chat restricts, then a 14 day ban, then a permaban. The smart thing to do is look at the rules of the game if you plan on playing the game a lot. If you've had a 14 day ban already, then I don't know why you made this thread. If this escalated you to a perma, then that's a bit harsh and I don't blame you for questioning it.

Seems like you should have been punished. You talked trash about your team, and at times, it seemed to be said in all chat as well. Since this is only one chat log, I'll guess this came after a 2 week suspension.
