Did Tyler1 get his account back instead of having to make a new one? How about giving mine back then

(This is not a Tyler1 bash or praise post. I don't watch him, just know of him. This is a question for Riot.)

All I know is that he got a forever ban at some point and now he is unbanned cause he's reformed. All is good and well, but I just saw that the account he is on has a Diamond border on one of his streams and it's lvl 73. That means that he either got unbanned before the preseason or he got his account back since he has the border, which if I'm not wrong is rewards you don't get if you get banned etc.

I have gotten a perma ban way back when. I had my main Morgana's victorious skin and I lost it and many other skins etc. That's reasonable, cause I was not behaving well and got a ban.

What irritates me is that Tyler1 who I hear "was" the god of toxic, inting, etc etc, who was the first person who ever got a lifetime ban, gets his account back with rewards intact, while I lost my 2-3 year account and had to create a new account.

So why didn't he have to create a new account like everyone else?

SInce he got his account back for being reformed, how about I get my account back for the same reason? I got banned for going Thresh mid, so I think that pales in comparison on what Tyler had done, so it should be OK to get it back if he did?

If I'm totally mistaken about him getting his account back then I apologise and you can disregard this.

Edit: I got my answer, Tyler managed to fool Riot, play during his ban phase and was able to keep the account afterwards. Thanks for the answers! I'm out! :)

There are other options. He did not get any of his permanently banned accounts back - if he made one, played ranked to get rewards, and flew “under the radar” until the end of his ID ban, that account would not have been banned when he revealed it to Riot (or on stream). Thus, it’s likely that’s what happened. An alternative, but less likely, is he bought an account.

I know you already apologized in case you were wrong, but yeah, you were wrong, and if you had bothered to do the simplest research about the subject you would have already known the answer.

All in all, what was reversed was his ID ban, not his banned accounts.

Riot allowed him a couple of accounts that they knew about so he could PROVE he had reformed. How else would Riot know if he had reformed or not? They didn't send a Riot employee to his house to keep tabs on him for 2 weeks or something. Think about it.

The Tyler1 situation is bullshit, yes. But no, he did not get any of his banned accounts unbanned.

I would have to say he actually reformed and deserve the unbanned compared to you being selfish and using him as a excuse for being un-ban :))) no flame.

Yeah I love the “zero tolerance” for flaming or slurs or negativity but tyler1 still has his. It’s cause I don’t stream and promote the game like he does I guess. my account I’ve had since season 2 and spent hundreds of dollars on is gone because I had a couple kids flame and report me in two games. Good points. Totally fair and just system.

tyler1 one made a video talking about how he isnt going to play league anymore while he was banned. He said something like, "if riot doesnt want me playing their amazing game then I wont" He had that account, and if you look at the 1t1t1t1t1t (something like that) adccount, he leveled up that account over the weeked when he got unbanned. He had a couple hundred normal games, most of them on draven.

He did not get any permanently banned accounts back.
