Not like i'm much better or anything but that's the kind of stuff that happens in low elo, that's were most of the kids are and we both know kids are often more toxic than adults who usually take the game more seriously.
can you come up with an algorithm that will predict when someone who queue up for adc will ban a support pick and shittalk people for any specific game? I'm sure Rito will pay you handsomely if you can come up with one...

Yes, lets just have Riot remove self-will.
They can do that right...? I don't know if you believe this but they actually can't stop someone from doing that, just like in CoD they can't stop the guy that afks, the guy that feeds, the guy that runs some stupid ass spec, or any other game for that matter. What in the world makes you believe that they have absolutely any control of what any person (70 million daily) does at any moment? That they have "ultimate" authority to stop it pre-emptively or even during? Like holy hell.
