I reported someone who said the n-word 4 times and didn't get a message saying he was punished

Does that mean he wasn't punished or was he punished but I just didn't receive a report??

I get that these things take time but when a person says - "Who like ni888r slave, I sell that" -- "F88KING NR SLAVE" (which he said twice) and "but ner like to rob and steal" -- I sort of expected an instant feedback report. Should I maybe submit a support ticket or just let the report do its thing? I have pictures of the chat log just ask and you shall receive.

I don't have to fully spell it out to explain that he spelt the full n-word with a hard "er" at the end

The feedback message is very unreliable. If the player in question did do that, it's extremely likely that they were given an immediate 14-day ban.

Pretty sure you don't get one every time someone you report gets punished.

you reported him, move on. honestly it's not right for him to have said it but created a thread about it is just pathetic. you reported him, move on dont worry man he will get in trouble.

Only the last person who send the report will see the message. You probably weren’t last one but he has been punished for sure!

If someone else's report triggered it first, you wouldn't have gotten the pop up (as punishment would have been doled out already). But I'd send the report ticket just to be sure.

There was a survey that Riot sent out apparently and it said that a majority of players did not want to see a notification whenever someone gets punished. idk why tho

You just didn't receive the report. You don't always receive it, either because they got punished for a different game than the one you reported them for, or because Riot just made it randomly not give you it.

If I got a notification for every time someone I reported was punished, I'd actually get annoyed at the notification. By it being reduced significantly, I feel a lot more satisfaction over it when it does happen.

ye it rarely shows up for me now , while in like 4 months it used to show like 2 times every 5 matches
