Is asking for other people to report someone a reportable offense?

Just curious is all.

I thought i remembered someone asking this before and a someone with blue lettering responded, but if i could get a Rito person to confirm or deny this i would greatly appreciate it!

Yes.

Well if someone types in chat and it's reportable, I won't report someone for asking to report it.

However, if someone lies and says something to the effect of Report Timmy for cursing, and I know tim didn't curse, I'll certainly report that as unsportsmanlike conduct.

I often get report Joe for toxicity from the other team. However, if joe didn't type it for me to see, I'm not going to report it just on someone's say so.

Don't do it.

It is punishable.

it's most definitely annoying and considered toxic so if you spam "please report X for feeding" every time they die, you can be the one getting reported. the guy with the blue lettering was a mod or an arbiter. They are allegedly moderating the boards.

Where does it say you can't do this?

Nowhere.

You just have to get banned to find out.

Asking for reports is harassment and is punishable. There is no reason to do it anyway. Your single report is all it takes to trigger a review, and more don't do anything special.

IIRC, it counts as harassment.

A single report is enough for the system to flag the player for review in that game, so there is no point in having additional people report them within the same game.

One report is treated the same as 9 reports if they are within a single game.
