Can I report the first pick because of this?
In one champion select, I had a first pick who decided to ban no one. He wasn't joking, he really didn't ban anyone. I really wanted him to ban at least 3 champions. I don't care if none of the champs he banned weren't suggested by the team, just ban 3 champions. We won that game anyway so I didn't report him but for future precedents can I report the first pick for this? Here's the image that proves it.
