We all have that moment where something happens that tilts you to the point of wanting to scream at your team mates. I have had that experience but this little trick helped me and will help you.

Pick up a pillow and press it to your face.

Scream all the obscenities until you begin making up words or angirlly mumbling (shows you've worn yourself out).
