We all have that moment where something happens that tilts you to the point of wanting to scream at your team mates. I have had that experience but this little trick helped me and will help you.

  1. Fingers away from the keyboard.

  2. Pick up a pillow and press it to your face.

  3. Scream all the obscenities until you begin making up words or angirlly mumbling (shows you've worn yourself out).

  4. Place the pillow down and take a deep breath

  5. Continue playing with a fresh mind.

Screaming into pillows doesn't really work for me. I stay level headed until the game ends, then head outside and grab my axe and completely destroy something inanimate in the general area while screaming. (I live alone so don't worry I'm not waking the neighbors)

Just don't AFK too long, don't want to lose anything while your taking out your anger.

This actually helps a lot, watch a Tyler 1 video and watch how he cusses the screen out when someone does something dumb. This can untilt you so quick, helped me a lot. I don't ever cuss people out in ranked now, best thing is you can call people autistic or to KYS or whatever you want this way too.

I usually hold my anger in until the game is over, and proceed to step away from my computer. I do this because I KNOW starting another game in a poor disposition such as the one I am currently feeling will NOT help any teammates I get, so I just step away until I've calmed down. (This may take a short time, or a long time depending on what has tilted me.)
