Where can I report someone who was in champ select and did something ^&*(ed up. I know we can do it in the post game lobby, but I don't know how to do it when they do it in champ select. (SALT INTENSIFIES)

As of right now you can't report until the post game lobby, they may be working on that though I am unsure. BUT! The pregame and post game chat lobbies ARE included for things to be checked as part of chat logs.

There's no point. It doesn't do anything. You'll just get this copy and pasted response:

It does do something. RIOT, for legal reasons, can't tell you what they're doing with those reports and whether someone was punished, but the reports are filed and added to the persons account, and with enough reports, they'll be banned.

They don't even claim to do that much, bro. There's absolutely no evidence or reason to believe they do anything when you submit a report like that.

They could be threatening to murder your wife children and loved ones and saying they will join ISIS and there is nothing that can be done. Should probably screenshot and contact the police.
