Honor level 3 anyone got a honor "capsule" yet?
Just wondering when or if they will show up this season

My friend got one yesterday or a few days ago, so yes you can get them.
They're rare, not sure exactly how rare, but I think like 1-2% chance of getting a capsule instead of a key fragment.
It's luck of the draw, I guess. Like me getting Grey Warwick out of my first and only capsule so far
I got one today, got Xin champ shard and 2 Key frags. Got honor lvl 3 two days ago.
I got one a week or so ago.
I got one already, it gave me basically a full key and a champion shard. Not bad.
Just got mine today. I opened it and got 5 keys
