Mouthy player in pre-game chat

Hi,

I'm wondering what you are supposed to do about a mouthy player in the pre-game chat? I dodged because I wasn't willing to put up with someone spouting:

" ur clit ur * ur ur ** ur * bubblegum * ** jew asslicker ** gay **"

then, " im gonna intentionally feed every lane and * have some FUN"

and, "* COMING FROM THE TIP OF A BLACK PENIS... INTO MY ANUS".

Because I dodged, I was punished with the 5 minute break between requeuing. I can't even report the individual.

How is this supposed to work?
