Pinging players' equipment and masteries

Can we please make it so it shows who is pinging whose equipment and masteries? I tend to play a lot of unconventional things, and for example, in last game, I had someone pinging the fact that I had Kleptomancy on Sona literally 50+ times, maybe as much as a hundred times (like doing it until they can't anymore, over and over, probably a dozen times) over the course of the game (I got my reasons and they work fine, and it did fine, won handily that game); it really bothers me that it doesn't show the toxic person spamming everyone's chat. Instead, it essentially shows me, in some sense the victim, spamming the chat.

Solutions, I think, are self-evident, but they all start with showing who is actually spamming whose equipment.

Or, y'know, just start punishing people who do this.

Note: the reason this is different from any other form is spamming is that with any other form of spamming, who is doing the spamming is obvious. With this sort, who is doing it is hidden, with, in fact, a different player getting named instead.
