What I just experienced in low level play

I was at my friends place and made him play some LoL. He's level 20 I think and I watched him play 2 games.

The people there were crazy toxic. For every mistake there was something like "uninstall you noob", "stop ks, go afk" etc in the chat. My friend says, that this is why he stopped. :O I can't believe that people have no tolerance towards new players. I know, Level 20 isn't exactly new, but I'd still say it's beginner level. Instead of helping, people just keep flaming.

That's normal human behavior in an anonymous low investment setting. Nothing you can do about it.

I was already doing well with taric at level 20 like almost silver level. This game isn't for people who can't play video games, good riddance.

Its because of the ridiculous amounts of smurfs that flood low level play, and they're pushing out new players before they even have a chance to learnt he game and have fun

Remember when you first started ? This Game is Also for Newbe's! Glad to have new players!

Lots you can do about Toxic people...Hit that button and allow Riot to review actions...

And, People come on the boards and let Toxic people know that you don't like it in your game or bulling on here!
