We Should Be Able to Leave For a SHORT Window During Champion Select

I have had more than a few games where players are toxic and disruptive right out of the gate. I am NOT saying we should be able to walk away right up until the final lock, but at least for a few seconds during champ select without penalty. If a player makes it clear they are going to ruin your game before it even starts, then wouldn't it help everyone if it never started?

I get why we can't. The matching phase is really long as it is, but to me its worth the extra wait in some instances.
