Game Notification Glitch

I just had an error where it said I declined a match, but a match never popped up. I was still stuck in champ select (that I assume someone q jumped from) and by the time it returned me to the lobby it had said I declined a match. No replacement match had popped up.

BTW, THANK YOU for fixing the masteries glitch!!
