@EVERYONE Read and GIVE Your Thoughts on this PLEASE!

Okay so I'm not the one to break out and start flaming players for stupidity or ignorance out of nowhere. For me to break it usually takes many games of going through the same things or like if it happens 3 games in a row in ranked q or something. I kind of resorted to dealing with inters and trolls by just afking if I see that its going to be impossible to win a game because a person or two are literally throwing. The problem with that is, by afking I am at risk of getting reported as well and penalized. That's where I say that this game is a toxic trap and it forces you to take action whether than just pretending nothing is happening or just deciding to remove yourself from the situation at total. For example: (this is just a normal blind queue)

I called mid pre-game lobby. Of course there was an insta lock. Not sure if he insta locked top or mid because he ran teleport with a mid (viktor) champion. This happens often in blind queues so I didn't care. I chose my champion and locked and waited for the game to start. I wasn't going to dodge because that's a penalty right there as well. You see where I'm going? So we get into game and viktor just ends up going bottom because no one chose to dodge. I'm killing it mid and I'm 4/0 on lucian vs. talon. Of course bot lane is doing horrible. The support is 0/3 and he gets tilted to hell. He decides to troll. He comes and sit mid and screw with my cs. Not only is he doing that, he decided to feed 2 kills to my laner. So here I am boiled up pissed off because I didn't do anything to deserve this. I said in all caps, "DUDE YOU'RE MESSING UP MY LANING PHASE AND YOU'RE TROLLING. PLEASE STOP GIVING KILLS AND TAKING MY CS." Thresh then proceeds to tell me that he isn't trolling and that I have now been muted. So he continues to stay mid and ruin the game because talon has now caught up and is now able to kill me easily because I am lucian. I was fed up with the bull and decided to afk because thresh was now feeding kills to every laner. Anyone who called him out, he proceeded to act innocent and say that they were muted and reported. THIS is how a troll gets away scott clean. He knows how flawed the system is and how the chat has a big impact in reports on a player. He continued to try to bait anyone to flame him and then he goes into /ALL chat to complain about the team and urge the opponents to report. Of course because the League Community is so backwards and toxic, they agree just to tilt us even more for a win. Thresh then tells them to report me because I'm afk (At this point, I thought the game wasn't even worth losing mind over so I was in fountain). THEN i remembered that I'm BREAKING THE RULES by leaving the game, so I'm forced to play this horrible hopeless hell of a game until the enemy team destroys the nexus. OH and we couldn't surrender because the Viktor was trolling at this point so yeah, "Failed to surrender 3/2 votes". This game is a toxic trap and there needs to be a fix because it's being overrun by trolls and they are winning.
