Is it possible??

As stated, can you "avoid" a ban or TECHNICALLY a report if you change your name literally right after a game or shortly sometime that day? I just had a troll maokai built full tears and kept trying to op.gg him only to see that he changed his name, for some odd reason also the past players of THAT current game isn't shown up on previous players so I couldn't look him up there either.

I'm just curious, not trying to put it to the test myself. Because this dude definitely deserves a ban after flaming then building all tears then swapping his items at the last moment at the end of the game. Please lmk thx and if there's another alternative way of reporting them. Thank you.
