Bots in 3v3

Can penalties for queue dodging, afking, and leaving games in human vs AI 3v3s be suspended until the bot infestation is taken care of? If I have two feeding bots on my team and it doesn't look like there's a chance of winning, I would like to be able to leave the game without racking up penalties.
