Two Tahm Kench bugs (gameplay)

Hi, here to report a couple of bugs. (1) Occasionally I'm unable to use Devour on a teammate. This happened once with a Xerath teammate, and more recently with a Ryze a couple of days ago. It's happened with teammates just twice out 800+ games, although the bug is perhaps more prevalent than 1/400 as I didn't attempt to devour every teammate in each game). It's hard to say whether this problem can apply to enemy champs, as it's more difficult to test out the ability on them more than once, but I have had trouble using Devour on enemies a few times. (2) Sometimes when I try to spit a minion it just lands right in front of or on top of me, instead of flying out to max range or hitting the nearest obstacle. This happens pretty frequently, but not more than once or twice in a game.
