My 12 year old Brother got banned for 3rd Party Software?

My little brother enjoys playing league and he is somewhat new to the game. Been playing for about a year or so I think.

His account was just permabanned for "3rd Party Software" and in a years time hes only played enough to be level 21.

I know for a fact he has 0 clue how to bot or Script since he is literally 12. He doesn't understand why he got banned and I honestly don't either.

We opened a ticket and Riot basically told us they couldnt disclose any information with us and the account is banned and won't be unbanned

What the hell do I do?

If you're referring to the account you're currently posting on, it seems to be only a month old, not a year.

A few oddities that I'm noticing, going through your match history:

All item builds are consistent and on-meta. This strikes me as odd for a new player, let alone a 12-year-old.
There are inconsistencies in summoner spell selections, which somewhat coincide with demonstrated skill.
Some of these scores are really inconsistent. This kid went 15/3/3 in his first-ever match against real players, but then goes 2/11/5 only a few days later? 12/6/5 playing Annie for the first time?

Overall, your version of events just seems super off here. This looks like a smurf account, or a shared account, or something else that's not what you claim it to be. Maybe it was never literally scripted with, but there are multiple things I'm suspicious of at work here that all would earn a permanent ban. The fact that you're the one posting from what is presumably your brother's account implies sharing.

Here: create a new account and watch him play and then see what the chat is saying to him and also what does he see on screen? Are thee any permanent circles around you or other champions? If so, that's why he got banned if you share a computer then he probably used your scripts without knowing it. If you don't script then maybe he's smarter then you think because kids are getting smarter and this is dangerous so be careful. Watch him play and if there are any indications of scripting then you shouldn't be surprised.

Oh and btw I'm not accusing you or your brother of scripting I'm just telling you how it works and the visuals of it so you can identify it. I do not script, never have and never will but I've seen people play on fake accounts to show what a script looks like on YouTube.

I realize that it's unbelievably aggrevating to be banned for something you didn't do, doubly so when the ban is based on secret evidence that they won't provide. But at the end of the day, there's nothing you or anyone on this messaging board can do to change that.

So you have to decide: do you want to create another account and find out if they do it to you again, or walk away and do something else with your time? They're both valid options, and you have to decide which one is right for you.

Technically he should be banned for not being 13+ years old according to the ToS, and you just published this fact on the official boards...
