Ranked afk's and feeders

I think that if there is an AFK'er or a feeder in your game you should loose less LP if you loose or win more if you win. You would lose around 10 LP less and win 5 LP more. To mark someone as a feeding their kill participation to death ratio should have to be 5 deaths per kill/assist this person should not have the reduced LP loss bonus like the other people on the team but should not be penalized inless it was INT ovb. thoughts?
