just was mumu top vs a hacking wukong that had 1.1 attack speed since lvl 2 with no attack speed items or runes

at end game he had 1.06 attack speed that only went up to 1.11 after he used e.

in other words he had most of his e attack speed bonus PERMANENTLY all game. was basic attacking me to death since lvl 2. even tho i FB him. he just kept killing me with only auto attacks at an impossible speed.

ok defiantly was hacked game. it is not even showing up in my match history O.o
