I just got out of a match with that high of a ping. Then everyone kept saying that I should get reported. This is literally the first time I ever had a match with this terrible of a connection, and it wouldn't go away after I left the game twice. But why. Why did that happen? Did I get grouped with people spread out around the world? Did the server crap out? Is there solar flares disrupting the signals? If I have that terrible of a ping, should it be on me that it sucks so much and that I lose the game because of it? How is that my fault?

Yes, it is on you. If your pings that bad, it's your internet, not RIOT. You need to figure out how to fix it. There's whole boards dedicated to helping you with those issues. Go post there.
