So about those "give me your lane or feed" players.

Either someone ends up giving up five minutes of their time to save twenty minutes of their time and nine others' from a who-the-heck-knows match or the team draws a wild card and plays with a decent player, a terrible player, someone that won't shut up, or some combination of those.

I don't plan on wasting my time watching them feed lanes or finding out if they're good at what they wanted, but regardless, no one wants to wait twenty minutes--possibly more--just to report someone everyone can see is toxic before the game even starts, especially these specific "gimme or feed" players who don't care about being punished. It isn't really worth waiting to report "gimme or feed" players (or any other toxic players) that don't give a damn, and whether or not they're joking, it's all the more reason for everyone else to just dodge in queue so that they can at least avoid the potential train wreck. Anyone would want them reported, but they don't want to wait for a match to go terribly before they can do it.

I want to play this game knowing that my teammates are experienced enough, confident enough, or even gosh darn mature enough to not ask for the role they wanted and aren't childish enough to think that they'll always get the role they wanted and that begging and feeding is okay, and if they're the latter, the only choice I have to dodge that bullet is to dodge.

Everyone wants to go into a match with decent people, and while there's nothing that can be done about it if players prove indecent while_ on_ the Rift, there should at least be some way to take care of the people that show it before the match without having to dodge. No one likes waiting.
