my toll for criminal activity

I used to be a negative person I don't even type no more I sometimes do, but I tend to have the script running that stops me from typing. but sometimes I forget to activate it, and I've noticed I don't say anything rude mean or anything to the others in a game anymore even if they are being morons.

but what I wanna know isn't their like a penalty relapse kind of like in a workplace you can miss so many days but after 6 months those penalties/occurrences roll over 1 at a time. do these penalties I have on league roll over eventually. like let's say I have a 14-day penalty that's been gone for 3 months now will it roll over after 6 months to a year after I got it, then result in me only having a 6-day ban or whatever it was before it for minor negativity. and if not then why not it seems unlegit to make your fanbase scared to do good but then the slightest mishap will get you permabanned making you not wanna spend money like we all have our moment's let's get real. idk I'm not trying to say the system is bad if this is the case but some reward for being on good behavior like a 2nd chance system would be good like I feel if I don't get any penalties, and on good behavior, for a year to 2 years I should have my penalties wiped.
